Terms and Conditions – Product Supply Only
- Offer Details: This promotional offer includes the supply of battery hardware only. Installation services are not included.
- Delivery: Metro delivery is included in the pricing. Regional delivery will incur additional charges, calculated at the point of sale. We will organise delivery on your behalf.
- Installation: Customers must find and arrange their own installation.
- Warranty: Customers should refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for specific requirements related to the installation and commissioning of the battery hardware.
- Suitability: It is the customer’s responsibility to investigate the suitability of purchasing the product prior to committing to any purchase.
- Inspection: It is the duty of the customer to inspect all goods immediately on delivery. Any issues with delivery must be reported to Solar Battery Group in writing within 72 hours of delivery.
- Claims: Unless Solar Battery Group receives notification of non-delivery, damage, or defective goods in accordance with these terms and conditions, it will be entitled to treat the contract as completed in accordance with the delivery of the goods. Accordingly, Solar Battery Group will not be liable for any shortage, damage, non-performance, or defect in the goods.
- Claims Investigation: Any claim made by the customer under the contract will not entitle the customer to return the goods to Solar Battery Group. Instead, Solar Battery Group will be given reasonable opportunity and facility to investigate any claim made under this condition at the customer’s place of business if it so elects. The customer will, if requested in writing by Solar Battery Group, promptly return any goods which are the subject of any claim, together with any packing, securely packed and carriage paid to Solar Battery Group for examination. Such goods will remain at the risk of the customer.
- Liability: Solar Battery Group will have no liability about any claim in respect of which the customer has not complied with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
- Refunds: As this is a sale, there are no refunds on purchases.
- Ownership: Once delivery is made and full payment is received, ownership of the product transfers to the customer.
- Privacy: Any personal information collected during this campaign will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
